DX10SceneryFixer 3.4

I have uploaded a new version to Fastspring and it should also be available for existing customers from the Flight Sim Store to download in the next day or so.

The update is as follows:

Revised Fix for Aerosoft Zurich V2 with Transparency V2 enabled – the fix affected lighting at other airports notably Aerosoft Frankfurt v2 and several Taxi2Gate airports

New “Legacy Airport Polys” option which improves ground lighting at many airports e.g Aerosoft Barcelona

Fix for PMDG option which caused legacy VC shadows to move if HD shadows was selected.

Fix for Aerosoft Frankfurt v2 Parking Signs.

Handle the scenario where no other addon with a dll has yet been installed yet and so there is no dll.xml (reported bug)

I don't use FSX that much. But I am very annoyed when it doesn't work properly!
